Lesson 1 – What Would a Leader Do – Leadership Styles

This substitute teacher lesson plan, part of the Leadership Development 10th-12th Grade Series, introduces students to leadership styles. Students take a leadership styles inventory to identify their personal style, review the characteristics of five main leadership styles, and conduct a quick search of a prominent FFA member to report on that person’s likely leadership style and experiences using an accompanying activity sheet.
