Lesson 1: World Hunger, A Growing Concern

This is Lesson 1 of 6 in a National FFA Organization unit on world hunger, created with the National Turkey Federation. Students explore undernourishment, the global impact of hunger, and food security through a video, a country-budget simulation, an infographic webquest, reading passages, and presentations. The lesson works well as an agriscience or biotechnology lesson and includes student activity sheets, rubrics, and answer keys.
