Students explore consumer behavior, sustainability, and agricultural market demand through a hands-on activity in which they evaluate survey questions, write and conduct their own survey about plant-based product preferences, develop a consumer-focused marketing plan, and research a marketing-related agriculture career using AgExplorer to create a career trading card.
