Lessons 4 and 5 – Finding Leadership in the Classroom

This two-day leadership lesson, “Finding Leadership in the Classroom” (Lessons 4 and 5), guides students to recognize leadership strengths in their classmates. Students complete a self-interest inventory, learn the difference between talents, skills, and character strengths, interview a classmate, and create a “What Would a Leader Do?” card highlighting that person’s strengths to present to the class.
