MS.33 Approaching New People
This is a LifeKnowledge middle school lesson (MS.33, “Approaching New People”) that teaches students personal and social skills for initiating relationships with others. Through role-plays, card-based group activities, and a teacher demonstration, students explore the benefits of approaching new people and practice helpful skills such as eye contact, handshakes, etiquette, repeating names, self-introduction, and listening.
