MS.61 Everyday Acts of Service to Others
This LifeKnowledge Middle School lesson (MS.61), “Everyday Acts of Service to Others,” teaches students to focus on helping others and to understand that simple, everyday service starts with the individual. Through brainstorming activities, an opposite-hand writing exercise, a blindfolded “Go Get It” partner activity, and a food-coloring color demonstration, students learn the value and impact of serving others. The lesson includes teacher notes, worksheets, transparencies, and an assessment.
