Part 2L: Chapter – FFA Member Retainment and Engagement
This FFA lesson plan focuses on retaining and engaging chapter members. Through an interest activity, group discussion, and a “WIIFM—What’s in It for Me?” worksheet, students explore the value of FFA membership and brainstorm strategies and programs to keep members involved from one year to the next.
