Plato de Jardín (Spanish)

Plato de jardín (“Garden Plate”) is a quick SAE lesson built around a video about triplets Lindsay, Eric, and Kailey who ran a collaborative school garden SAE to grow produce and create food dishes. Students watch the video, answer worksheet questions, identify the garden-to-plate production steps, and design and create their own garden-to-table enterprise complete with a recipe.
