Kristyn Bauer – Agricultural Education SAE
“Chicken Little: Agricultural Education” is a National FFA lesson plan built around Kristyn Bauer’s SAE, in which she rents incubator kits so others can experience chicken egg incubation and hatching. Students watch the SAE video, read an extension article on chick embryo development, answer questions, and write a fictional letter to a chick describing its developmental stages and importance to agriculture.
