SAE (Experiencia Agrícola Supervisada): ¡Vean Esto! (Spanish)

This is a quick SAE (Supervised Agricultural Experience) lesson from the National FFA Organization in which students watch a video about FFA member Tiffany Heishman’s goat SAE and complete a worksheet. Students inventory their own resources and connections to generate SAE project ideas and can extend the activity by building an SAE project plan and timeline.

Goats SAE

Tiffany Heishman, a 10th grader from Strassburg High School, shares her Supervised Agricultural Experience project focused on breeding goats. She takes care of the goats by providing resources like clipping and vaccinations. Tiffany enjoys selling the goats to children for fairs and highlights the skills she gains, such as responsibility and time management. She encourages other students to participate in SAE projects for personal growth.
