William Martin – Fruit Production SAE
This National FFA lesson plan, “Just Peachy: Fruit Production,” introduces students to the basics of cultivating and managing fruit crops through a Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE). Students watch a video featuring orchard farmer William Martin, complete a worksheet, and research optimal growing conditions using the USDA Plant Hardiness Zone Map to plan their own orchard.
