Safety Scenario Cards

This resource is a set of ten short scenarios, each describing a situation involving everyday use of electricity and potential electrical hazards. Students read scenarios—such as plugging in a charger with wet hands, overloading a power strip, using frayed cords, or using a metal utensil in a plugged-in toaster—presumably to identify the safety risks involved. It functions as a discussion or analysis activity on electrical safety.
