Software Applications – HS.5 – Leadership Styles
This is a National FFA Organization LifeKnowledge lesson (HS.5) on Leadership Styles, part of the unit “Introduction to Leadership, Personal Growth and Career Success.” Students define the term leadership styles, identify five leadership styles (Power, Beauty, Social, Knowledge, Resource) using a self-assessment inventory, and examine the strengths and challenges of each style. The lesson uses an interest-approach group activity, note-taking transparencies, a leadership style inventory, and an assessment.
