Student Activity Sheets – Lesson Plan 2 AFNR
A set of student worksheets exploring the role of consumers in agricultural markets and the Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources (AFNR) Value Chain. Students define economic terms (capitalism, supply, demand, equilibrium prices, market-clearing price), analyze five factors influencing consumer behavior and their food science connections, and trace the seven sectors of the AFNR value chain—applying them to develop a new value-added food product and complete a review exit ticket.
