Tess Seibel – Powerless to Powerful (2) (Spanish)
This lesson plan, built around National FFA Southern Region Vice President Tess Seibel’s 2019-20 retiring address video “De indefensos a poderosos” (From Powerless to Powerful), teaches students how to shift their mindset from feeling powerless to feeling powerful when facing difficult situations. Students watch the speech, complete a worksheet, and create a colored drawing featuring a meaningful quote that reminds them they can always make that shift.
