“The Three C’s of Advocacy” | Courtenay DeHoff | 2021 Keynote Speaker

In this second installment of her advocacy series for the National FFA Organization, keynote speaker and television host Courtenay DeHoff shares her three C’s of agricultural advocacy: courage, compassion, and connection. Drawing on her experience as a Kansas ranch kid turned Dallas TV personality, she encourages students to find the courage to share their own authentic story, show compassion toward those inside and outside of agriculture, and build supportive connections to lean on. She illustrates each point with personal anecdotes, including an encounter with a vegan fan who loved agriculture, and invites FFA members to reach out to her directly for guidance.
