Blake Kennedy | 2019 American Star in Agribusiness

Blake Kennedy of the Tecumseh FFA chapter in Tecumseh, Oklahoma, is the 2019 American Star in Agribusiness winner. The video follows his work as sales manager of the Perfect Timing Pig Sale, which he took over from his parents in 2013, where he coordinates 50 consignors and uses social media, webcasting previews, and online bidding to grow the sale’s market. Mentors describe him as an innovative, forward-thinking FFA member, and Kennedy reflects on how his SAE taught him to adapt quickly to challenges in business.
