1.1 Materials and Equipment (PowerPoint)

This is Lesson One: Materials and Equipment from the National FFA Organization’s Unit 1: Greenhouse Care and Maintenance. The lesson introduces students to plant materials, equipment, growing media, and irrigation systems commonly used in the greenhouse floriculture industry through a PowerPoint lecture, a “shopping list” introduction activity, a reflection activity, and optional identification practice.
