3.1 History of Floral Design (PowerPoint)
This is the first lesson of the National FFA Organization’s Unit 3: Floral Design, titled “History of Floral Design.” Students learn to identify and chronologically order the historical eras of floral design (Ancient world, European, American, and Asian influences) and evaluate the characteristics of each time period through a PowerPoint lecture, a “Timeline” worksheet, and a reflective writing activity.
