4.1 Customer Service and Sales
This is a National FFA lesson plan (Unit 4: Business Practices, Lesson One) on Customer Service and Sales within a floriculture context. Students learn aspects of effective communication, buying behaviors, and the sales process, then apply these concepts through a hands-on activity selling a favorite school supply to classmates. The lesson uses a PowerPoint, lecture, application activity, and reflection.
