AHS.21 Establishing Team Mission

This LifeKnowledge lesson (AHS.21, “Establishing Team Mission”) teaches advanced high school students how team mission statements relate to building high performing teams and the step-by-step process for developing one. Through a T-chart interest approach, definitions, group brainstorming, and a creative “karaoke” activity, students learn to identify stakeholders, common purpose, and guiding principles and to draft and revise a team mission statement.
