Jackson Brossart – Fishing Lure SAE

This National FFA lesson plan, “From Hobby to SAE,” uses a video about student Jackson Brossart’s fishing-lure SAE to show students how a personal hobby can be developed into a Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) and, ultimately, a career. Through a video worksheet and a brainstorming/research activity, students identify their own hobbies, connect them to potential SAEs, and research a related career.
