This is Lesson 4 of 8 in an FFA/Syngenta “Careers with Plants” series, focused on plant production careers. Students take on roles such as agronomist, greenhouse manager, and seed producer to solve a real-world “Mission GrowOps” agricultural challenge, adapt to a surprise industry disruption, create a recruitment pitch video, and write a reflective advice letter. The resource includes a full lesson plan, student activity sheets, rubric, and answer key.
