Part 2B: We – Relationship Building
This FFA leadership lesson plan, “We: Relationship Building” (Section 3, Part 2), helps students build relationships by learning about others and developing positive listening skills. Through interactive polling, circle-rotation conversation activities, and instruction on five active-listening steps, students practice attending, showing engagement, providing feedback, deferring judgement, and responding appropriately. A “Positive Listening Skills” worksheet supports the lesson.
