Karstyn Cantrell – Count Joy
This FFA lesson plan, “Count Joy,” centers on the 2022-23 National FFA Central Region Vice President Karstyn Cantrell’s retiring address, in which she shares how ordinary farm tasks foster resilience, personal growth, and joy in simple blessings. Students watch the video, complete a worksheet, and create a scrapbook page reflecting on their own joys, while learning the meaning of joy and perseverance.
